The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CYSEC) has announced that all Investment Firms are required to complete their questionnaire on a quarterly basis for their on-going monitoring and analysis.

All CIF’s that were authorised and operated by 30th June 2016, must submit the form duly completed by 30/09/2016 latest.  This is the first time of reporting and no extension of the deadline will be granted.  Thereafter the form must be submitted on a quarterly basis, latest submission date being the end of the 2nd month following the quarter concerned.
